Vista Black Private Airport Transfer
- Up to 12 round trips to the local airport or each calendar year.
- Non-transferable – only redeemable for Private Clients.
- 48-hour prior notice via the attached form is required.
- If Vista black private transport is unavailable, we will arrange alternative transportation at our expense.
- Vista is not responsible for late arrivals due to traffic delays, inclement weather, vehicle malfunctions, or other challenges outside of our control.

By requesting this service from Vista Bank, you acknowledge and agree that Vista Bank its affiliates, employees, and drivers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our luxury airport shuttle service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of property, delays, or missed flights, except to the extent such damages are caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Vista Bank. You assume all risks associated with the service and agree to indemnify and hold Vista Bank harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the service, including those caused by your actions or omissions. Vista Bank is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, or vehicle malfunctions. All services are subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Vista Bank reserves the right to cancel this service at any time without notice to you.
